Responsibilities: To help carry out search execution with help/guidance from consultants
Daily tasks:
Communicate with consultants to fully understand the qualifications and personality profiles of the ideal candidates as well as the target search directions.
Conduct cold-calls to generate search-related information including organization structure, executives’ name, background and contact information, etc.
Communicate with consultant regarding market condition, and necessary modification of search directions and strategies.
Conduct research by using our recruitment’s database and information available from other searches as well as leveraging personal and social networks.
Screen contacts in the target candidate pool to identify prospective candidates for search consultants to assess and to arrange interviews for consultants and clients.
Write source list, progress report on assignments, individual biweekly reports.
And help search consultant to prepare candidate reports on short-listed candidates.
Other tasks assigned by search consultants or the management.
Requirements:
1-3 yrs work experience, priority to consideration of headhunting experience.
An honest person of good judgment and with good interpersonal skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above and priority to consideration if computer studies .
A natural quick learner with confidence and positive attitude;
A self-motivated person with high standards;
A self-starter who can work independently under minimum supervision;
A hard-worker with serious attitude towards work;
Very good spoken and written English, and excellent Chinese writing skills;
Articulate, organized, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;
