Job responsibilities
1.Learn the job description quickly, acknowledge the related information from client side, analyze possible recruitment channels.
2.Searching qualified candidate from kinds of channel
3.Collecting and creating industry lists
4.Conducting phone screening of candidates
5.Fulfill performance targets
6.Ensure up-to-date industrial information
7. Other duties assigned by consultant
Requirements:
1. College or above. major is not limited.
2. Work experience in the executive searching industry is a plus
3.A quick learner
4. Good command of written and oral English
5.PC skills, especially in MS-Word, Excel are required
6. Good customer service attitude
7. Good time management skill
8. Self-confident, result-oriented
