Accounts Assistant (Temporary Job/6 months)
Main tasks :
Lead project of software approval by Ministry of Finance for SAP
Participation in accounts reconciliation between SAP and User Friend Accounting system.
Prepares financial statements and related schedules for timely submission to regional office for consolidation, including liaison work with financial consultants or auditors to ensure adherence to reporting timetables and related tax reports to PRC tax authorities to ensure adherence to reporting deadlines.
Assist in reconciling current accounts amongst intercompany offices.
Ensures compliance with Corporate accounting policies and applicable government accounting regulations.
Communicates with appropriate government bodies to ensure compliance with rules and company regulations.
Process of PRC invoices and related reports to Tax Bureau.
Monitors periodic physical inventory.
Prepare checks and ensure timely payment of liabilities.
Travel is required.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary graduate and certificate (会计上岗证) with at least 2-3 years accounting experience, preferably with Foreign Enterprises in PRC. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word).
