Responsibilities:
1. Help financial controller audit daily operation and booking process
2. Deliver training to other accountants
3. Prepare monthly financial report, including consolidated group financial reports
4. Ensure the closure of the General Ledger is timely and accurate
5. Help to revise the operational procedures
6. Help to audit the operation in sales offices
7. Provide and analyze information to meet business needs, Corporate reporting requirements, annual audit and tax filing
8. Support Financial Controller in reviewing accounting process to ensure corporate policies & internal controls are in place
9. Ensure accounting transactions entries are in compliance with local and US GAAP when preparing for statutory and management reporting
10. Work with external auditors, tax agents, and government agencies to comply with all regulatory requirements in terms of accounts filing
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance.
2. 3 ~ 5 years related working experience in Finance.
3. Experienced in Manufacturing company.
4. Experience of preparing consolidated financial reports.
5. Good at computer software, excel and accounting system.
