We have rented a big new apartment in XinLongCheng. One spare office (room) is now available for a SOHO professional.
The apartment has recently been well-decorated so everything is freshly new. The office for you has an air-con installed and can be locked for our privacy. You'll share the generous 4M Internet connection with us (30% fee on you). It's significantly faster than the standard 2M Internet. A desk and a chair can also be provided. You can just walk in and set up your small office in seconds.
There are three people working in the office (1 guy + 2 girls). We are all well-educated, friendly and quiet.
You must be well-educated, clean, quiet (no many visitors), and easygoing.
